Transcript Requests

We are a state agency and the official custodian of records.  If you have any questions, please email DPOS@dhe.state.co.us.

DPOS retrieves student transcripts when a Board-approved private occupational school ceases operations in Colorado. To request a transcript or an education verification, please complete and submit this Online Student Record Request form to the Division of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS). The DPOS transcript request or education verification fee is $20.00 (non-refundable) NOTE: if requesting more than one copy, an additional $5.00 fee per copy is required.

Altierus College or Everest College Transcripts

As of August 4, 2026, all transcripts for the following schools have been transferred to Verif-y. All transcript requests or education verifications must be submitted using this link: https://transcript.verif-y.com/

If you submitted a request to DPOS previously for any of these schools listed below and have not received a response from DPOS yet, please submit a new request to Verif-y for processing.
